Something New for the New Year
Over the Holiday break from my job, I've been working on something new:

New 24" HD Cintiq!
I just recently picked up a 24" HD Cintiq and I am really loving all the room to stretch out. I don't think you can ever have enough real estate:
I've been super busy since I started at EA, and haven't had a lot of time for personal stuff. But over the Holiday break I worked on a revised Logo for the new San Francisco Hockey team "The Bulls". I couldn't change it much, they just wanted me to make what they had look better. They were really pleased with what I was able to do with it, while not changing it too much (I thought I was never going to work in Illustrator again, after I left Color Labs):

Further Exploration
Still exploring this guy. I'm not sure if I like this direction yet. I'll have to look at him for a few more days to decide. His face reminds me of the actor Phil Silvers (Sgt. Bilko, for anyone old enough to remember). Here he is anyway:

Another Character Sketch
Finally, something that's not western themed. This is a fun character I was working on this week, hope you like it. Kind of looks like the "Early Bird" buffet line on a seniors cruise :)
